Cereus have updated their hand history files and their hand numbers now include letters so PokerTracker is no longer able to import these hands.
PT2 is no longer being updated now that PT3 is established. Announcement
This issue affects PT3 at the moment too, but I expect a fix for this to be released pretty soon.

There is a 60 day free trial of PT3 so when the fix is released you might want to try that.

Though this problem is from cereus side, does it mean tht PT2 wont be able to import AP/UB hand histoires anymore ?

Cereus try to stop user importing their hand histoires in the tracker, so ridiculous?

PT2 is not being updated any further, so if these hands will not import into PT2 now, PT2 won't be updated to import them later.

Please see the announcement - PokerTracker Holdem v2: End of Life – March 31, 2010

PT3 is well established now and has many improvements over PT2.
There is a 60 day free trial if you want to check it out, and as a PT2 owner you get a discount if you decide to upgrade.
