Installation Code

Hello,

I know we're not supposed to ask for codes in the forums, but my two support tickets (#102993 and #103108) have not been answered in 3 (1) days. Can someone please look into above mentioned tickets for me? That would be most appreciated, since I only have a week of time to play some poker :).

Also - why not give out permanent installation codes for the old versions? I payed for the software, so I want to use it as long as it still works without patches and I wouldnt have to hassle the support evertime I set up a new OS.

Thanks for the fast reply WhiteRider. I'll be waiting for a response on one of my tickets then :).

FYI: I registered the forum account after I made those tickets, since I tought it wont be necessary. If that is a problem for handling my tickets, I'll gladly copy paste the request in a new one.

That could potentially be a problem if we can't link to your registration correctly. Please reply to your tickets while logged in and give your registration information, although if anything specific is needed I'm sure you will be asked via your ticket.

Checking the spamfilter is one of the first things I did WhiteRider and there was no reply from ptracker in it. Also gone through my deleted items once again - nothing. Maybe the code can be posted as a reply to my tickets?
If not, I'll just reopen them - though all e-mails from the forum and the tickets did get delivered without delay or getting marked as junk.

Please let me know how to proceed.
