Ok, so how do I get all the hands with this error to load up, after I install the patch? They are still listed in the error message log.

First make sure the version you are using says 1.13.02. If it doesn't then you didn't install the patch.
Then go to Utilities > Error Log Display/Maintenance and Purge all of the errors.
If the hands were moved then move them back to the PokerStars/Hand History folder. Then go to the PokerStars auto-import window and click Force Import.
