pto.exe has stopped working

pto.exe has stopped working

I just started to get this message in the last day... it has been working fine ever since I bought it years ago, but now whenever I try to import hand histories, it says "importing" but then after a few minutes a windows popup says "pto.exe has stopped working, trying to find solution"... and then it closes down. Quite annoying.

IS this an isolated problem with me or have any others experienced this?

I'm having this problem as well. It started after I downloaded the patch for version 1.13.04i. It will sometimes import, but most of the time I'm getting the same thing the OP is getting.

We are still working on a solution since the FTP update. Try installing the "k" patch and see if it helps.

i tried that patch and its still the same. Any ideas when it will be fixed?? thanks in advance
