hi, i just ask for help for my friend, he from china, and english poor than me

he got a problem is the omaha trail period expire, he got holdem key already, then he just bought the omaha key, but no place to key in... what can i do now?

For future reference, please post PT3 issues in the PT3 section of the forum. PT2-omaha is no longer supported.

It sounds like your friend bought a new omaha key instead of buying the omaha add-on. Have him open a Support ticket and explain the situation and we'll link his keys together so that he can use omaha on his existing key.
