PTO has been crashing on me every few hours since I installed the update. I haven't noticed any pattern to what I'm doing. I've just been playing two tables at either .50/1 or 1/2. This is the Error Signature (from the report microsoft wants me to send to them):

AppName: pto.exe AppVer: 7.0.3.10312 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.5781 Offset: 0000a38c

There is also a text file that is created that contains the technical data for the report, but it's too long to include here.

Does it say anything else when it crashes like "Out Of Memory"?

No, windows just notifies me that it needs to close, and then it closes after I click OK.

Ok, got the h patch. I'll update later if I experience more crashes or not.

One other issue I'm experiencing now is that my processed files are not being moved when I close the window.
