As I am trying to convert access database to PostgreSQL, it asks for username and password. What the heck are those? I have never used such things.

Using Windows Vista.

Ok, I finally converted the database. Then I restarted computer and POT. Still it keeps crashing every time I try to import FullTilt hand histories. It just says "pto.exe stopped from working" (I don't know the error message in english, that is my own transalation from my language).

It hasn't done that ever before the new patch.

edit: And when trying to import hands from PokerStars or Ongame sites, it gives that error message

"A database error has occured.

DBCode: 7 Error Text: SQLSTATE = 42703
ERROR: column "ante_amt" of relation "game_players" does not exist;
Error while executing the query"

Close PTO, restart your computer and try running PTO and importing hands again. Does that work?

No. And I tried to run as adminstrator.

With FullTilt import it crashes, and with other sites it gives the error.

Try the "h" patch. It's posted at the beginning of this thread now, and please let me know if everything is working then.

Doesn't work. It thinks for a while and then crashes.

Although it imported hand histories from other networks.

OK, so you no longer get the "ERROR: column "ante_amt" of relation "game_players" does not exist;" error, right?

I need to make some other changes for FTP because a few people are still having issues, I'll get another patch out later for you to try.

It's working now. Don't know what caused it, but now as FullTilt client updated itself it's working. If I could only get my Ace Hud working too...

After downloading your latest update, I used it successfully on Full Tilt for about 5 minutes, then it crashed.
Error message:
Sybase Inc. Product File has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.
Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
we have created an error report that you can send to us. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.

I restarted the program, it imported hands fine for about another 5 minutes, then did it again.

Also, it appears that observed hands are no longer being imported?
