Problem loading a tourney history

Hello.

I was trying to load the history of a tournament and the following message appeared:



The error refers to “Fee amount is not a valid number” (!!!)

I don’t understand; I loaded the file as sent by Poker Stars as usual.

What is going on, what should I do?

Are you setting everything in PokerStars to save as English? Also make sure you are letting PTO change your regional settings. On the menu see Utilities > Regional Settings...

I'm having the same problem, after the last update on PokerStars software.

I have all set in English since playing in PokerStars, I never had this kind of problems before.

As for the Regional settings I have it configured like this:



I was reviewing the database and found the "tourney" table.

It has filled the following fields of the tournament with the problem:

tourney_id

site_id

tourney_number

tourney_start

tourney_end = tourney_start (this info is wrong, this means that PTO is not reading the summary correctly)

From then on the rest of the fields are blank.

I was thinking about filling the missing info manually but I'm not sure if this will work.

What now?

This is the first I've heard of a new PokerStars update causing a problem. Please create a new support ticket and attach the tournament file you are trying to import so I can see what is wrong.

This other user is right, the difference between the "old" summaries and the new is that now the currrency (USD) appears after the Buy in/Fee, so PTO is not reading this line and the invalid fee message appears there.

I'm gonna mannually change that line to the old format and see what happens while we wait for the patch.

It worked. A patch would be fine thu, mostly for those users that play many tourneys at the same time. Thanks for the heads up zecabal.
