PokerTracker

I want to use poker tracker to cut my data for number of opponents and time of day and both.
I first tried just 2 players, to see my HU results. Yet on the general tab under player summary, it is still showing data vs all opponents, not just vs. the number that i specify. yet the details tab shows a different number, presumably one that occurs when the filter is working. So my question is this, how do i get the filter to apply to the player summary on the general tab?

Its not a matter of hitting AND for my two filters (one is limit omaha, the other is 2 players). It is simply i cant get consistent data throughout PTO. I want to be able to look at hands, sessions, and all the data from the player summary report for every number of opponents.

Filters for individual hands in PT3 do not affect certain sections like the summary tab. Please see the Tutorial: Filters for a more full explanation of the filters system. You should be able to see the data you want by using a Custom Report.
