I think my problem was also trying to read both old and new format hand histories from Full TIlt. I used PT (holdem) to read the old files, moved them, then used the updated PTS to read the new format hand histories. So, as far as I know I am good now. Thanks!

I have downloaded the patch and I use the auto import for tilt yet it is still not importing the hands.

What else can I try?

Is the program crashing or is it just not importing the hands. If it's just not importing make sure you are using the Full Tilt auto-import window and not the generic auto-import window

It is just no importing the hands. "No hands histories have been created since last import"

I am us auto import window i.e File >>>Auto Import Hand Histories...Choose Your Site... >>>>> Full Tilt

nothing.

only imports when I have been playing with PTS open and then do a force import once I open PTS. But won't record observed hands etc.

I'm using the d patch and the Full Tilt import button and today I got the access violation crash. I've done many imports fine since the software update but today I got the crash. It was not my first import of the session. I had already done 4 or 5 imports without problem. Something is causing this access violation and at this point I don't know how to reproduce it.

edit: I was importing stud hi/lo hands using the auto import window with a 2 minute timer and I had an external gametime window open
