Error in reading hand histories - PokerStars

Postby LuckysMyDog » Mon May 26, 2008 3:46 pm

I had to uninstall and re-install the Pokerstars client program and after I did I kept getting error messages when importing hand histories from the hand history folder. Error messages were "no 5th street found" or "no river found" but when I checked the hand history the entire hand was there. This also is happening to my PT2, but I went ahead and got the PT3 and there is no problem reading the hand histories, even the ones that reported errors when importing on PT2. Why is this and what can I do to fix this?

Hello,

I have the same problem. I have made a screenshot of the error message.
