What is TableTracker?

Why is there a monthly charge instead of a one-off fee?
TableTracker requires use and maintenance of servers for the lifetime of the product, so a one-off fee is not practical.


I have selected a level and clicked search but it doesn't show any tables?
TableTracker retrieves tables and players from the server and then looks up stats for those players in your database, so it will only show data for the players you personally have information on.
TableTracker can be set to show only tables where there are players who you have stats on, and if you select this option then you will only be shown those tables which have players you have data on, other tables will not be listed.


No tables are showing up when I choose no limit tables?
Please note also that no limit tables are described by the size of the big blind, not the 100x buy-in description that some sites use, so $50 NL is $25/$50 blinds, not $0.50 big blind. In this case you should search for $0.50 NL.


Table Tracker is slow retrieving stats for the tables
TableTracker reads stats from the same databases that the HUD is configured to use, so please make sure that any DBs being used have had full housekeeping run on them so that stat retrieval will be as fast as possible.

Why can't I open tables from TableTracker?
Table opening is supported in TT for Full Tilt, iPoker, Party Poker and PokerStars. We hope to be able to add this for the other sites too.

In order to open tables from TT you need to launch the site software by clicking Launch Site - if you have opened the site software manually TT is not able to access the lobby correctly.
You also need to have PT3 and your sites software configured to run as administrator [Windows Vista and 7 only] - click here for information.


Why won't the Launch Site button work?
To launch a site from a TableTracker search you need to have the application configured via the TableTracker Configuration window, accessed by clicking the Configure button.
