Ignition Hand History

Hi,

After I have played on Ignition, the hand history is not saved in the directory assigned for Ignition ... or anywhere else.

I checked the site setup and everything seems fine ... the HUD works well on Ignition, but PT4 doesn't seem to be writing the history to my computer.

Am I doing something wrong?

At the end of each session PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option:
