I am aware that it has reached end of life but versions that reached end of life before v10 (v9.6, v9.5, v9.4 and v9.3) are still listed on the
downloads page.

I will ask for an update but PostgreSQL v11 and v12 should work fine.

I cant install any postgresql version PT4 supports without getting an error and the new versions arent supportet by PT4 so far.
If PostgreSQL v10, v11 or v12 are not installing successfully for you then then in Windows open File Explorer and enter the following in the address bar:
%localappdata%\TempIn this folder there should be a file called 'install-postgresql.log' - please attach that file to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you.
