I am aware that it has reached end of life but versions that reached end of life before v10 (v9.6, v9.5, v9.4 and v9.3) are still listed on the downloads page.

I will ask for an update but PostgreSQL v11 and v12 should work fine.

If PostgreSQL v10, v11 or v12 are not installing successfully for you then then in Windows open File Explorer and enter the following in the address bar:

%localappdata%\Temp

In this folder there should be a file called 'install-postgresql.log' - please attach that file to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you.

After checking the log file i came to the conclusion that I already had a newer C++ Library installed. So I uninstalled my newer already installed one, and than tried to setting up Poker Tracker again.
Shouldn't be a thing for a paid software, but it is how it is.
Anyway I hope i could help someone with this

You can download and install PostgreSQL v11 or v12 instead. If you still want v10 you can download that from here.

What version? Is there a reason you are trying this older version? If you are trying to use this version for a specific reason you can try the steps listed here but you may need to change the version number accordingly in the command prompt.

You have two versions of PostgreSQL installed (v9.6 & v15). The only one that is running is PostgreSQL v15 which PokerTracker 4 doesn't support so please uninstall it. Assuming PostgreSQL v9.6 was working before and you haven't made any changes to it then go to this folder:

C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.6\data\

although you may have it installed in a custom location. Delete the 'postmaster.pid' file inside that folder (not 'postmaster.opts' which may be there too), reboot your computer and try starting PokerTracker 4 again. If that does not help then open the Windows Event Viewer. In the top left section, expand "Windows Logs" and click on "Application". Do you see any recent errors (after the restart) in the top center section for PostgreSQL v9.6? If you do let us know what they say.
