Please check your auto-center/preferred seat settings in PokerTracker 4 and PokerStars. We recommend that you select "Always Auto-Center Me" in the PokerStars software and don't select any specific preferred seats as follows:
1. In PokerStars go to "Settings -> Table Appearance -> Preferred Seat" and enable "Always Auto-Center Me". Next deselect any specific preferred seats for the tables displayed below so there are no ticks showing.
2. In PokerTracker 4 go to "Configure -> Site & Import Options -> PokerStars" and enable "Auto-Center". Next deselect any specific preferred seats selected in PokerTracker 4 so there are no ticks showing.
If you have auto-center enabled and preferred seats set this can cause a conflict so either set auto-center or preferred seats in PokerStars and PokerTracker 4 but not both.

After setting auto-center or preferred seats join one table only to check things. After you have played your first hand if the HUD is in the wrong places then move and save the HUD layout so the new positions will be used for tables you open of the same type.

If you are moved to a new table then PokerTracker does not know where you are seated until after you play your first hand at which point it can then rotate the HUD to the correct places. If you move/save the HUD before this happens then any changes that were previously saved will be undone.

Mucked cards can be positioned and saved in the same way as the HUD if you select Configure -> Mucked Cards' via the PT-icon in the HUD - you can adjust that if required once the HUD is displaying correctly.
