Very slow the hud

Hi: I have solved a previous problem in Pt4, thanks to your help, eliminating premium huds, but now the problem is that the hud appears very late, it takes many hands to appear, how could I solve this? I am using version v4.15.28, i deleted all the old databases, and i have a new one with very few hands, but it works just as bad.
