iPoker (Bet365) HUD Issue

Hi there,

After Bet365 (iPoker network) updated its poker client on Thursday Feb. 18 my HUD has worked only sporadically. It will function on about half of my MTTs in a day; for some it will work for the first hour or so of a tourney and then will disappear, for others it fails to load for the duration of the tournament. Despite this, all the hands from these tournaments appear in PokerTracker so the issue appears to be with the HUD.

Restarting PokerTracker has no effect. Neither does reloading the table. Before this update the PokerTracker 4 HUD functioned perfectly on the site so I'm a little perplexed and feel it must be linked to their recent client update. Please let me know if this is a known issue and if there is a solution.

Thanks :)

Make sure you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 (v4.15.28) otherwise please report your issue with your log file so we can investigate:

Tutorial: Reporting A Problem

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

Newest version having exactly the same problem. Stopping the hud and relaoding it works most the time but obviously not the best thing to have to do 10x a day. It also gets triggered often when changing the hud to recognise the 8 max tables (as has been mentioned before there are no 9 man tables on ipoker anymore - making 8 the standard would be great)

In that case please report your issue with your log file in a Support Ticket so we can see exactly what is going on here and advise you accordingly:
