positional popup appearing when mouse over a stat

Hi, I'm looking for a way to have simple RFI stats per position as a positional popup which would appear as I move my mouse (without clicking) over a precise stat. I don't know if this feature is available, couldn't find my way into the users guide and I'm pretty much stuck after I created the RFI positional popup and converted it to Freeform.

Popups can only be activated by clicking on the HUD. If you want to be notified if this functionality is added in a future update then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.
