NO BOUNTY ADD ON WINAMAX

the bountys i won on the tournament, doesnt count on my graphs and stats, my currency are in euros.
but in some tournaments appear 1 o 2 bountys but nothing in other.. anyone can help?

As far as I am aware Winamax do not always include bounty information in their files and you can review those for yourself with a text editor such as Notepad. You can manually update tournament/bounty information in PokerTracker 4 but if you need further assistance then feel free to send a sample of these tournaments to us in a Support Ticket. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed
