PT4 counts net won incorrect in SpinandGo tournaments on PS

Hi. Two days ago PT4 started to show incorrect information about Net Won in Spin and Go tournaments on pokerstars.com. Can you please tell me how to fix the problem?
Manually I changed prize pools and net won but how to prevent it in the future? I attached a screenshot.
It counts prize pool as a number of participants * buy-in(without rake). So net won is this wrong prize pool minus my buy-in

Make sure you are importing PokerStars tournament summaries in addition to the hand histories:

otherwise please send us a sample of your hand history and tournament summary files to us in a Support Ticket.

I sent you hand history and tournament summary.
I don't know if this is important but I've already manually changed all prize pools in tournaments which I had played.
If you need I can play some more tournaments to win another one which will show wrong prize pool in my PT4

All we require is the original files provided to you by PokerStars and it doesn't matter if you have manually edited the results in your own database.

I don't know why it happened but tournament importing in my PT4 stopped working. I restarted it and it helped. No I don't have any problems.
