Performance issue

I am currently having a performance issue with pokertracker 4. As it seems no matter what I do the number of hands per minute it can handle is only 3 (20 seconds per hand). When multi-tabling in MTT's this is not sufficient as the HUD will not be updated regularly any longer and I am missing out on player stats that just moved to the table.
I did do the housekeeping cluster, vacuum & analyse, but nothing seems to work. I also deleted some of my custom stats that I recently added but that also did not have a significant impact. I have an SSD as disk-space so that should also not be the issue.

Any other suggestions on what the problem might be or is 20 seconds per hand normal ??

Oh the database size is 30 G

Get Hands While Playing should be able to easily keep up with hands that are written as you play, and hands will normally be generated much more slowly than that.

If you are importing bulk hand histories from hands that were played previously please use Get Hands From Disk instead, as Get Hands While Playing is not designed for bulk imports.

If Get Hands While Playing is not keeping up with your live play then please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.
