Restart your computer and try again. Does that directory exist? If there is an issue there bear in mind that tournament summary configuration alone as per the directory in your message wouldn't affect hand importing/HUD functionality.
Is your client still saving hands (Settings -> Hand Histories) and tournament summaries (Game Info -> Tournaments)? And if so where?
This post indicates there may have been a change although I do not see any changes on Americas Cardroom and the default folders for hands and summaries are still:
C:\AmericasCardroom\handHistory
C:\AmericasCardroom\TournamentSummary
