Convert Hand2note database

Hello. I tried to convert h2n database by setup assistant and after import I have nothing on pt4 database. What I do wrong and how to fix it?
In h2n database 708k hands.

With regards to that please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. You can also manually import your hands into PokerTracker 4 if you have the original hand history files using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.
