manually uploading hands from ggpoker to pt4

Hi, I am trying to upload hand histories from ggpoker into pt4 (the hands are one days worth of NL100 hands). After downloading the hands, uncompressing the downloaded file, and uploading the files using the 'get hands from disk' section of 'Play Poker', the resulting hand histories only contain hands that have at most one preflop raise and then all folds (no 3bets or calls - eg no hands that go postflop). As a result, the uploaded hands consist of only 4000 of the 8500 hands from the session I played. Please could you advise me on whether it is possible to manually upload hands from gg and how I should go about doing it. It should also be noted that I tried to do upload ggpoker hands onto pt4 about 3 months ago on a different computer and had the same issue. Thanks

Make sure you are importing into these hands into the latest version of PokerTracker 4 otherwise send your downloaded sample to us in a Support Ticket.
