Strange calculation of All-in adj. BB

Postby 90020590 » Fri May 07, 2021 5:33 am

Hi all,

for the following hand PT shows me the same number for "BB won" and "All-in adj. BB". I do not understand this, as I had way more equity then villains when the money went in. Is there an issue with the number, if there are two all ins? There was one pre-flop and one at the flop. However since I was always way ahead, I would not expect to have the same loss shown for realized vs all-in adj. Both figures show -36.75 BB. Would anyone be so kind to help me understand this? Thank you!

In a hand like this where there was further action on another street after an all-in then PokerTracker 4 does not calculate any adjusted equity as it introduces a bias in the results and this means that your net adjusted result just matches the actual result of the hand. In other words the net adjusted graph will follow the actual result and it only diverges one way or another in hands where all-in equity is calculated.
