Problem with PT4

Hello, since yesterday I have an issue with pt4. The hud is still here but no new hand is added on it. Probably because hands are not imported anymore. I play on zoom on ps.fr but I tried regular tables and winamax.fr and it doesn't work either.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on here. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
