I wonder if there is a way to keep track of hands played on Stealth mode tables in Pokerstars.

The hands on Stealth tables are provided with 24 hours delay according to Pokerstars support.

Will my data base update automatically o do I have to import this hands manually?

That depends on where the hand history files are saved to. If they are added to the same folder as normal hands they should get imported the next time you use 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' but if they are saved elsewhere then you would need to use 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' and navigate to the correct location. This is also a new gametype on some PokerStars clients so if you find hands played on Stealth tables do not import into PokerTracker 4 then please send your sample to us in a Support Ticket.
