crash on open quiz tool

That's not an issue I can duplicate so can you please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can investigate:
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log
If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to this guide.
