Not all tables shown in active tables

Postby Goldstriker » Sun May 16, 2021 10:17 am

Hi everyone,

Since a couple of weeks I am running into some problems with PT4. It seems that PT4 does not recognize all the active tables. I am only playing on one client.

See screenshot below:

Also, during the session it seems that PT4 is not keeping up with all the hands that are played. See screenshot (discrepancy between time most recent hand important & time displayed on my PC)

Can someone help me with this? I tried rebooting both client & PT4 during the sessions, seems not to work.
I can find back all the hands I played after the session in the database.

Woud love to hear if somone can help me with this.

You have a large number of duplicate hands being read and that indicates a possible configuration and/or database issue which can lead to issues with the HUD not updating/displaying correctly. So we can find out the specific issues causing that and advise you accordingly please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send us your PokerTracker4.log file in a Support Ticket:

Guide: How to Create & Submit a PokerTracker4.log File

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
