HUD is not showing on my tables

Hi,
I bought pt4 a few months ago, everything was going well but for 2 weeks my hud no longer appears on my tables I don't know why. I play on winamax. can you help me please?

Are your hands importing? Have you updated PokerTracker to v4.15.32? Winamax have changed their hand history location so update PokerTracker 4 if you haven't already done so and it should auto-detect the new hand history paths:
