The NoteCaddy developer replied to you in your support ticket (#644983) on 7th June at 6:19pm UTC with a request for your log files and I don't see any reply from you. If you did not receive that email then your email provider is either blocking the message or more likely it is being delivered to your junk/spam folder. You can also access/manage your Support Tickets by visiting your
My Account -> My Support Tickets page.

Thanks -- I was checking the forum posts instead of the ticket my mistake.

Still nothing -- this response time is god awful. Is this typical? I read that you reply to "most tickets within 24 hours"

I've bumped your query. In answer to one of your questions there please note that NoteCaddy updates automatically and independently of PokerTracker 4 so you should already have the latest version which is displayed in its title bar window and via the 'Help -> About' menu option (v2.9.992.0 afaik at this time).
