Recording Opponents hands

Postby SrirachaKing » Sun Jun 13, 2021 10:03 pm

I have a very simple question. I wanted to know if PokerTracker only has information about the hands that I have specifically played with each opponent as opposed to their whole hand history? And if it only relates to hands I have played, will it also track tables that I am observing? In other words, to have accurate statistics about my opponents do I need to play hundreds of hands with the same people?

Thanks

Poker sites only provide hand histories for the hands you personally play so the data you have will only be from these hands. When you observe tables poker sites do not save those hand histories to prevent the gathering of statistics on hands you are not participating in - this is known as 'datamining' and is against the terms of service of these poker sites.

Thanks for the information. I had no idea. So put simply, you will have the most information about people you play with regularly?
