Hi,

I've noticed playing on Ipoker that PT4 occasionally misses hands.

The hud loads fine on the table but the showdown graphic doesn't show for the missed hands.

I knew this was happening over the past few weeks so today I played a 3b pot and went to look for it and it's 100% not in my DB, and the win/loss doesn't appear on the graph either. This hand went to showdown and the card graphics didn't appear.

No idea how to reproduce this or why it might be happening. I'm currently on a fresh windows install after my SSD failed so I don't believe it's some config issue on my side.

Let us know what you remember of this hand in a Support Ticket along with the hand history file(s) provided to you by your poker site for that session. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your auto-imported files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option:
