PokerTracker

So, one day my poker tracker 4 crashed and I needed to shut it down. After that i tried to use it as usual and I could not make it work anymore. I can not get the HUD to show up or saving any hands. I have tried to set it up again as I did when I first installed it. I am playing on poker stars.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on here. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. When that's done try things out on a new database and that might get things working again in the meantime.
