Hands are not updating.

Hi. I recently purchased pokertracker and I cant get hands to automatically load. If I want to import new hands I have to run the setup assistant each time and the hit refresh. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

To import hands automatically from your poker site you should use 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' and if it's working in the setup assistant it should work like this too since the same settings are used. If that's not the problem please enable logging, reproduce this problem while playing on your poker site and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

Thanks for the help. Got it figured out. I wasnt using the play poker section correctly.
