Problem with "Stop getting hands" and close the tracker

Hello everybody,
I don't know why but sometimes the tracker bug.
Namely, during the game, when a new player arrives (for example), the HUD is not displayed despite the fact that he has played several hands ... So, to try to remedy this problem, I click on "Stop Getting Hands" but nothing is displayed in the statutes ... I can no longer close the software since it tells me to wait ... I am then forced to close the software using of the task manager. : /
What to do ?

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see exactly what is going on here:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

Make sure to save/send the log file before you restart PokerTracker 4. If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to this guide.
