Replayer wont work after ReInstall

Hi,

I recently bought a new computer, I deinstalled PT4 with the deinstaller from my old computer and installed pt4 to the new machine.

Sadly the new computer has some problems and has to be sent back, so I again deinstalled PT4 from the new computer.

Then I reinstalled PT4 to my old computer, database and settings were still there and license seems to be okay aswell.

Everything seems to be working, but when I try to replay a hand, it wont work, the replayer is just frozen and empty on every new hand I import.

Older hands from before the reinstallation seem to be unaffected by that.

Any idea what the problem is?

Is there a way to cleanly destinall pt4 (leave the database) and reinstall it again?

Make sure you are downloading the latest version of PokerTracker 4 and are installing and running as an administrator otherwise please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on here. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
