good evening, for some time PT4 has been blocked on closing with this message. I have to force the closing with ctrl alt supp. does anyone have a solution? thank you all

So we can find out what's cauing that please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send your log file to us in a
Support Ticket:
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log
If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to
this guide.
Guide: How to Create & Submit a PokerTracker4.log FileEvery time you close/restart PokerTracker 4 it will begin a new log so make sure to save/send that log file before closing/restarting PokerTracker 4.
