Unable to execute query: FATAL ERROR

Hi everyone, two days ago i realised when i saw my report of this month this error happen, i try reindexing in database management but doesnt work, and now i cant even see my today report.
First it was until 14/07/2021 but now i cannot even see my hands of the day, please help me, i need to recover my database!

Unfortunately that indicates the database is damaged which is usually caused by data corruption from a computer crash/powercut while the database was active although it can also be caused by faulty hardware. If a reindex didn't fix the issue you can try the second method here although we do not recommend it. Furthermore you are using a very old version of PostgreSQL (v8.4.7) which is problematic in itself so I'd suggest upgrading to PostgreSQL to v9.6 or v10, starting a new database and reimporting your hands. If that's something you need assistance with you can open a Support Ticket.
