I don't have access to that version of the partypoker software but it will depend on if your partypoker.NJ client offers the option to save local hand history files or not. If your client still provides local hand history files as you play then a HUD would be supported:

Unfortunately many partypoker clients no longer provide downloadable hand history files as you play so a HUD will not work in those cases but you may be able to download hands from the partypoker client afterwards and import them into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' to review/track your data:
