Not seeing hand history in pokertracker 4

Hi, I'm facing this problem where I can't see my hand history in the pokertracker app. Yesterday it was working just fine and I haven't made any changes. Tried restarting the app but it doesn't help.

Make sure you have no filters or tags active and that you have the correct player selected for your reports otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window showing the issue either here or privately in a Support Ticket.
