hey i would like to know what does these parameters mean:
lookup_actions_p.action NOT LIKE '%R' <---- '%R'

also:

lookup_actions_t.action = 'BF' <---- 'BF''

also

lookup_actions_r.action LIKE 'B_%' <---- 'B_%'

also

lookup_actions_t.action LIKE 'C%' <---- 'C%'

lookup_actions_p.action NOT LIKE '%R' <---- '%R'
This says that the players last action preflop was not a raise.
% means any zero or more characters, so %R means "any characters then R", which means that the last character was R, indicating a raise.

lookup_actions_t.action = 'BF' <---- 'BF''
The turn actions were exactly bet/fold.

lookup_actions_r.action LIKE 'B_%' <---- 'B_%'
The river actions were bet, then at least one more action of any type (the underscore means exactly one character, but any character).

lookup_actions_t.action LIKE 'C%' <---- 'C%'
The first turn action was a call. There may or may not have been any further actions.
