I want to create Postle's HH in PT4 to get the numbers. What is the best way to do this?

I have seen the text file PT4 uses to import data. I dont think its humanly possible to create all the hands. Is there any GUI app that creates hand histories? And going a step further how can one go about scraping data directly from the video?

I am not aware of any application that creates hand histories from live play and I don't know anything about scraping data from videos.
