i have seen this issues posted a few times, just posting my screenshot for the records basically.
i have tried the solves that were recommended for other users posting this issue (deleting postmaster.pid (which wasn´t there for me) and setting postgres starting properties to automatic in services (it was set to that already)).
none of those worked. in "services" however, i noticed that the postgres process is "stopped" and upon starting it i get this popup:

process could not be launched, error 1067: process has been stopped unexpectedly

any ideas at this point? replies are highly appreciated.

It's possible that your security software could be blocking it - check our Firewall Guide for some things to try.

If that doesn't help please open a Support Ticket and one of our support technicians will work with you to resolve the problem.
