My hud does not appear when i play zoom tables on stars, what can i do? Even the pt4 icon does not appear

Make sure your PokerStars client is running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English) and try starting the PokerTracker import (Get Hands While Playing) before you launch PokerStars. If it is not working after doing this, please uninstall PokerStars and re-download and install PokerStars and that should resolve the issue. If that doesn't fix it please open a Support Ticket with a log file that has recorded the problem:

The OPs Zoom HUD isn't displaying at all and setting a specific HUD Profile there isn't going to fix it.
