PROPER Chico support

When are you guys going to make the effort to have real support for the Chico network so that we don't have to use a 3rd party hand grabber?

Chico is one of the largest US facing networks right now, and the fact that you still haven't bothered to have PT support it properly is pretty pathetic.

All of the poker clients PokerTracker 4 natively supports save their own hand history files and Chico do not provide any hand history files whatsoever therefore that kind of support cannot be added to PokerTracker 4. For sites like Chico additional software is required to generate the hand histories PokerTracker 4 needs. While we have recently released our own hand grabber for Ignition after 2+ years of being in beta I don't know if there are any similar plans for Chico at this time.

Thanks for your reply.

How does Drive HUD manage to support Chico natively without a hand grabber?

Chico does not provide hand histories so they need to be created externally and DriveHUD is a part of Ace Poker Solutions who have an existing hand grabber.

This kind of thing is exactly why people pay you guys at PT money. Good money. More than it costs to get Drive HUD.

PT is using a very weak excuse so that it's coders don't have to make the effort to provide a hand grabber. That's what it comes down to. Yes, it's a drag to have to create a hand grabber. But this is your business. And Chico has quickly become one of the largest US facing poker networks.

PT has been using this excuse for a few years now. You guys are too lazy to do something that you should have done years ago.

But hey!! Please keep taking our money!!

And ignored once again.

Dear Poker Tracker developers.

Please stop being lazy and do the job that we are paying you for.

Please develop a hand grabber for the Chico network so that we can have native support by using our PT 3 software.

Thank you in advance!!

Poker software environment is too competitive nowadays to stay so far behind. You actually need to improve faster, because the distance between you and other "options" is getting larger and larger otherwise.

I agree with this 100%

If PT4 keeps ignoring requests for native Chico support because they're too lazy to do the necessary work, eventually there will be no work for you guys to do, because everyone will be buying other software that actually does what we're paying for.
