Good evening I just changed my nickname on WINAMAX and so I go to import my first hands with PT4 I enter it but no hands does anyone have the solution?

If you have a new Winamax name then you will have a new hand history folder. The default path is something like this:

C:\Users\{WINDOWS USER}\AppData\Roaming\wames.04351C371E530C3762CBA45FA283ED972DCDEFB6.1\Local Store\documents\accounts\{WINAMAX_PLAYER_NAME}\history

In PokerTracker 4 go to 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> Winamax' and make sure the new folder is setup correctly and if it isn't there use 'Auto Detect' or 'Add'.
