Postby gdarkov » Sat Nov 13, 2021 9:43 pm

Never encountered such a problem "unable to locate player cards", but in today session on 888 10% of hands have this error, what to do?

Have a look at the hand histories - you might find that the cards (or the player names or something) are missing.
You could try uninstalling and then re-installing the 888 software. We have seen that fix writing errors like that sometimes.

If the hands look OK please attach one of the hand history files to a Support Ticket so that we can take a look at it for you.

I also have a problem on 888

the hands where they reached the showdown (not all in) and the opponent in the pose may not show the hand and it will not load into PT4

About hands on showdown the representative of 888 on 2+2 told: "Yes this is a new feature as players have the choice to show their cards or not.", so if you player on the river wants to muck his cards, now he can and now his hands in hand history on showdown look like "[ , ]", I hope in the future PT4 will export such hands without errors.

Same problem.
But I think PT4 can save the hand without an opponent card. Otherwise, the hand has disappeared (((

888 now allow players to muck without having their hole cards known and PokerTracker 4 needs to be updated for this change. If you open a Support Ticket we can let you know when a fix is available so you can import any hands that have been missed.
