having difficulty pulling up non zoom hands in range visuali

Hello. I am unable to view regular table hands under population aliases through stats, it appears to show the number of hands with a specific filter enabled, but does not populate visual data, or show the hands listed. This only recently started happening.

if I select a specific stake for non zoom hands, they are not displayed, and when I select "all stakes" it just leaves out non zoom hands. for my "Hero" alias, everything is displayed within the matrix / hands are listed for all stakes.

Can you please send us this information in a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window and a log file that has recorded the issue:

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
