PROBLEM WITH POKERSTAR'S ZOOM!

Hello to all!

When I play Zoom games on PokerStars, the PT4 HUD doesn't work properly. Sometimes 1 or 2 players' stats are missing (i.e. no HUD table at all). The position is random. Sometimes it's the upper left corner, sometimes the down left player, sometimes the player next to me (I haven't notice if it has something to do with the BTN's position though). Just FYI, I open PT4 and PokerStars as an administrator. Also I use Windows 11.

Any suggestions?

That just sounds like these players do not exist in your database yet. The first ever time you come across a player in a Zoom hand no HUD can be displayed for them and how often this happens will depend on the size of the player pool and the size of your database. After you have played at least one hand with a player then the next time you see them they will have a HUD.
